La villa, ricavata da un antico mulino, di cui è possibile ancora vedere i resti in una camera, è costituita da 5 camere da letto matrimoniali, 5 bagni, un ampio e accogliente soggiorno con una suggestiva fusione di arte e creatività, l’arredamento di mobili antichi, oggetti d’arte e un sapiente mix fra spunti etnici africani e raffinatezza Europea, rendono l’ambiente unico e magico dove poter trascorrere piacevoli serate all’ insegna del relax. La cucina è abitabile e totalmente accessoriata per preparare grandi cene e pranzi in completa autonomia. La piscina è situata sul tetto della villa da cui è possibile ammirare il panorama mozzafiato e si accompagna di 4 zone relax esterne coperte da tettoie con divani e tavoli. La piscina è servita da una doccia esterna. Durante la stagione estiva la vita si svolge prevalentemente all’ esterno della casa, dove sono presenti patii forniti di zona colazione/pranzo, barbecue, sedie-regista, tavolo in Teak e sdraio per trascorrere piacevoli serate in compagnia di ospiti. E' l'ultima casa della contrada quindi luogo ideale e tranquillo con assoluta mancanza di traffico; alla base della casa c’è un ampio spazio dedicato al parcheggio privato dove poter caricare/scaricare i bagagli senza doverli trasportare a mano per lunghi tratti.

La villa è situata nella contrada di Penna a circa 2 km dalla frazione di Scauri, dove è possibile trovare supermarket, ristoranti, negozi, farmacia, e a soli 8 km dal porto principale di Pantelleria (dove si arriva in nave e aliscafo veloce con frequenza giornaliera da Trapani).

The pool is located on the roof of the villa from which you can admire the breathtaking view and is accompanied by 4 outdoor relaxation areas covered by canopies with sofas and tables. The pool has an outdoor shower. Life is during the summer season plays mainly outside the house, where you find patios with breakfast / dining area, barbecue, director's chairs. Teak table and deck chairs to spend pleasant evenings together. It is the last house of the district therefore ideal place and quiet with absolute lack of traffic; at the base of the house there is a large space dedicated to private parking where you can load / unload luggage without having to carry it by hand for long stretches. The villa is located in the district of Penna about 2 km from the hamlet of Scauri, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and only 8 km from the main port of Pantelleria (where Ferry boat and fast hydrofoil with daily frequency arrive from Trapani).
